2008 as a Freshman… Named to Big Ten all-Freshman Team… played in all 21 matches, including eight starts… split time with sophomore Kali Feiereisel until Feiereisel suffered season-ending arm injury against North Dakota State (Oct. 5)… made a career-high 10 saves against Purdue (Oct. 12), which is tied for ninth on Iowa’s all-time list for most saves in a single match… finished fourth in the Big Ten in save percentage (.822), sixth in saves (74) and seventh in goals-against-average (1.12)… recorded two shutouts on the season (Oct. 10 – Illinois; Oct. 26 – Wisconsin).
High School… Ranked as one of the Top 200 college recruits for the 2008 season by SoccerBuzz Magazine, coming in at No. 132… three-time first-team all-League and all-District selection… Most Valuable Player of freshman/sophomore team during freshman year… member of Ohio Olympic Development State Team from 2001-2007 and ODP Regional Team from 2005-2007… has a Class-D coaching license and was Goalkeepers Coach for Ohio ODP Team in 2007.
